In all of these, TEM needs to know what you are looking for in a best case and minimal case scenario. Not all of this information need be posted, that's where the interviewing of candidates comes in.
Matching means that we understand what your company does, what your insurance requires, and we can match that to one of the drivers we have already profiled, or who responds to the job posting.
Search usually means "blind" search, where we prospect for drivers without revealing your company name to drivers until they are screened and have been spoken with.
Job postings are similar to Indeed. All candidates who respond will be forwarded to you or your designated recruiter. While job postings will be signed off on by you before posting, no screening for correct licensing, endorsements, or even location will be done. The difference between Indeed and TEM is that we know the FMCSA rules and regulations and we have "trusted advisor" status with many drivers because of our history with them and our reputation for caring.
